G7 Hoodie products are custom, made-to-order garments. Each hoodie is printed individually for you after your order is placed.

• Your order details (sizes, quantities, designs) are confirmed during checkout.
• Because items are custom made, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or general dissatisfaction.
• You are responsible for reviewing sizing information and previews on the website before placing an order.

To use the Service and place an order, you must:

• Have legal authority to enter a binding contract.

When submitting an order, you agree that:

• Your information is accurate and current.
• You reviewed hoodie type, size, color, quantity, and instructions.
• Hoodies are produced exactly as confirmed at checkout.

All prices are in USD. Prices may change, but not for already-placed orders.

G7 Hoodies are fulfilled by a production partner. Estimated times are shown at checkout.

• Shipping estimates are not guarantees; delays may occur.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
• Risk of loss transfers to you once delivered to the carrier.

Because hoodies are custom, all sales are generally final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly printed, contact us within 7 days.

• We may request photos and a description of the issue.
• If verified, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not refund for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Misuse or improper washing

Contact us first before filing a dispute so we can resolve issues fairly.

• You understand the hoodie is made-to-order.
• You confirm designs, sizes, quantities before checkout.
• You agree not to file a dispute without giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue.

All content on the website is owned by us or licensed and protected by IP law.

• No copying, reproducing, or derivative works without permission.
• Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Affiliate/referral codes may be limited or changed at any time.

• Codes may have special conditions.
• We may modify or disable codes at any time.
• Codes do not alter the custom-made nature of the product.
