Beyond the design, every hoodie is tied directly to impact: each one sends $10 to the Music Freq Fund for Kids, supporting youth music and arts programs across Los Angeles.
“Signal piece” means the hoodie is more than just apparel. It’s a way for people who understand Group 7 energy to recognize each other in real life.
When someone spots the G7 Hoodie, it’s a quiet signal that you care about creativity, community, and lifting up others — especially kids who are trying to find their voice through music and art.
Yes. The G7 Hoodie is intentionally chosen to be a premium, everyday hoodie: soft on the inside, smooth on the outside, and built to hold its shape.
It’s designed to be warm enough for cool nights but comfortable enough to wear indoors. The fabric weight, cut, and print method are all selected to feel good in real life — not just in photos.
The G7 Hoodie is designed as a unisex fit, meant to work across a wide range of body types. For most people:
- Order your usual unisex hoodie size for a relaxed-but-true fit.
- Size up if you want an extra-oversized, cozy look.
- Size down if you prefer a closer, more fitted feel.
Always check the size chart on the main product page before ordering, especially if you’re between sizes — since each hoodie is made-to-order, we can’t exchange for a different size after it’s produced.
To keep the fabric soft and the print looking sharp, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, with similar colors.
- Use mild detergent; avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
- Tumble dry low or, even better, hang dry.
- Do not iron directly on the print.
Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper washing is not covered under our refund policy, so treating your hoodie gently is the best move.

Over time, we may introduce additional G7-related pieces or limited variations, but we want to stay intentional and not flood the universe with too many versions at once. Any new designs will still stay aligned with the Group 7 signal and the Music Freq Fund mission.
B) Music Freq Fund Questions
The Music Freq Fund for Kids is a giving initiative connected to the G7 Hoodie. Its purpose is simple: turn hoodie sales into music access for young people across Los Angeles.
Funds support programs that provide instruments, lessons, ensembles, creative workshops, in-school music education, and music-based healing experiences for kids who otherwise wouldn’t have access.

For every G7 Hoodie sold, we contribute $10 per hoodie to the Music Freq Fund for Kids.
Those dollars are then distributed across a curated set of seven nonprofit organizations in Los Angeles that focus on youth music and arts access.
The fund currently supports seven Los Angeles–based nonprofits selected for their proven track record with youth, including long-term music education, in-school programs, creative mentoring, and hospital-based arts experiences.

No. Your G7 Hoodie purchase is treated as a merchandise purchase, not a direct charitable donation from you to a nonprofit.
The $10 per hoodie that goes to the Music Freq Fund for Kids is a contribution made by the company from the proceeds of your order. Because of that structure, your hoodie purchase is generally not tax-deductible as a donation.

Every G7 Hoodie order is logged through our checkout and fulfillment system, and each completed hoodie sale is counted toward the $10-per-hoodie total.
We aggregate those figures and make scheduled contributions to the seven partner organizations. Over time, we plan to share transparent updates on how much has been raised and where it has gone so the community can see the impact evolve.
C) Ordering & Payment Questions
You can order directly from the main G7 Hoodie page:

- Continue to our secure Stripe-powered checkout.
- Complete payment using your preferred method.
Once payment is processed, your hoodie goes into the made-to-order production queue and you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Because G7 Hoodies are custom, made-to-order, they typically enter the production workflow very quickly after your payment is completed.
In most cases, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you made a serious error, reach out immediately via the Contact page with your Order Number, and we’ll do our best — but we cannot promise that the order can be altered once it’s in production.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards and, in many cases, wallet-based methods like Apple Pay or other region-specific options.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary based on your location and device.
No. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a certified third-party payment processor. The G7 Hoodie site does not store your full card number or CVV.
We may store non-sensitive order details (like your name, email, shipping info, and items ordered) so that we can fulfill your hoodie and provide customer support.
If you have a G7 Affiliate Key (for example, something like
G7SOPHIA), you can enter it in the affiliate field during checkout.
When your order completes successfully:
- The sale is attributed to that affiliate.
- It counts toward their impact stats and potential rewards.
- The $10-per-hoodie Music Freq Fund contribution still applies exactly the same.
If you forget to enter an affiliate key, we usually can’t retroactively attach it once the order is fully processed — so it’s best to add it during checkout.
D) Shipping & Delivery Questions
G7 Hoodies are custom, made-to-order garments produced after you complete checkout. Typical timelines are:
- Production: usually 5–10 business days.
- Shipping: usually 7–11 days depending on carrier and location.
In most cases, you can expect your hoodie to arrive within about 14–21 days from the time your order is placed. Holiday seasons, weather issues, or carrier delays can sometimes stretch this window.
When your hoodie ships, you’ll receive an update with tracking information (where available). If your order seems delayed beyond the normal window, please visit the Contact page and include your Order Number so we can check on it.
Our production partner ships to many regions, and the available destinations are shown at checkout based on your address.
If your location is not supported, you may see a message during checkout letting you know that shipping isn’t available for that address yet. We’re always exploring ways to expand coverage while keeping quality and reliability high.
After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your details. When your hoodie ships, you’ll typically receive another email that includes tracking information (where available from the carrier).
You can also use the Order Status section on the success page (right after purchase) to look up your order based on your Stripe session and email.
Once a carrier marks a package as Delivered, responsibility for the package typically transfers to the buyer (this is also reflected in our Refund Policy).
If your tracking shows Delivered but you don’t see the package:
- Check with housemates, neighbors, or building staff.
- Look around porches, lobbies, side doors, or parcel lockers.
- Contact the carrier to see if they have delivery details.
We cannot automatically resend or refund in cases of theft or misplacement after delivery, but if you’re stuck, reach out via the Contact page and we’ll see what we can learn from the carrier side.
Please double-check your address before submitting your order. If you notice an error immediately after checkout, contact us right away with your Order Number and the correct address.
If the order has not yet entered production/shipping, we may be able to fix it, but we can’t guarantee changes once it’s in the workflow.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can usually reship it once you confirm an updated address and pay any additional shipping cost. Orders returned for address issues are not automatically refundable.
E) Returns, Refunds & Quality
G7 Hoodies are custom, made-to-order products. This means that once your order is placed and enters production, it is created specifically for you.
Because of this, all sales are generally final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons like:
- Choosing the wrong size.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Disliking the style, fit, or feel.
- Carrier delays outside our control.

If your hoodie arrives with a clear manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage in transit, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos of the hoodie and the issue.
- Photos of the packaging and label (if possible).
Once we verify the defect with our production partner, we will either remake the hoodie or arrange an appropriate resolution per our Refund Policy.
Because each G7 Hoodie is printed on demand specifically for your order, we generally cannot offer size exchanges once production has started.
This is why checking the size chart and choosing your size carefully before purchase is very important. If you’re truly unsure, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
F) WORDIAC, PhotoWear & Apps
You do not need the WORDIAC™ or PhotoWear™ apps to purchase a G7 Hoodie. The hoodie can be ordered directly from this website using our Stripe-powered checkout.
That said, the G7 Hoodie design itself was created using our in-house creative apps WORDIAC Designer and PhotoWear Designer, which let you turn your own words and images into custom apparel.
